Use your subject specialisms and supervisory skills to manage classrooms, ensure pupils are engaged with pre-prepared exercises, and maintain the smooth running of the school day when teaching staff are absent.
Your classroom and behaviour management expertise is key in this crucial role. You will be supervising work set in accordance with school policy, collecting completed assignments and providing invaluable support across KS3 to KS5. With subject strengths in maths, science, or English, you’ll bring both knowledge and a strong personality to the classroom environment, backed by excellent communication skills and prior UK classroom experience.
