Role Highlights:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support students by planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Build positive relationships to enhance students’ confidence and independence.
• Prepare classrooms, assist teachers, and ensure adherence to school policies and safeguarding standards.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• A 2:1 or higher degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience working in UK schools (voluntary or paid).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (rTriibe can assist with applications if needed).
