Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a fulfilling role in the education sector? We are seeking a School Administrator in Bolton to provide essential administrative support in a dynamic school environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing school records, handling communications, supporting staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. You’ll need to be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a UK school setting, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one), and familiarity with school management systems such as SIMS or BROMCOM. Qualifications such as a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools, Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, T Level in Management and Administration, or GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths* are highly desirable. A customer service mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are also essential for success in this role.
