Your day-to-day will include providing one-to-one support or working with small groups of pupils requiring extra attention. We value excellent teamwork and communication abilities, so you’ll fit right in if you love collaborating with teachers and other support staff. A strong grasp of literacy and numeracy is essential, and having previous experience in similar UK school settings will be a big plus!
If you’re equipped with a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one, and meet educational requirements such as A* to C grade at GCSE level, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with SEND students and relevant Teaching Assistant levels will only enhance your application further.
