Qualified Humanities Teacher

rTriibe are working in partnership with a Secondary school in Mansfield to appoint a Humanities Teacher with experience of RE to start from September 2022 on a part time ongoing basis to teach up to KS4 – days required will be confirmed in due course
The successful candidate must match the ethos of school with an ambitious approach to teaching to fulfill the potential of pupils and must have excellent classroom management in line with the school policy.
This role is an excellent opportunity to progress and will appeal to an experienced History or humanities teacher looking for a new challenge or a newly qualified teacher looking to secure their first teaching position.
The ideal candidate:
Up to date knowledge of the current curriculum
Good behaviour management in line with school policy
Ability to produce effective lesson plans
Can be creative with teaching strategies
Responsible for own professional development
Be a positive role model to pupils and set high expectations
To be considered for this position you must hold QTS
