We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student with complex needs in a school setting. If you have experience working with Autism, ADHD, or other SEND needs, along with patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll provide tailored support, helping to adjust lesson materials and plans to make learning accessible for the pupil. Your ability to manage challenging behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning environment will be essential.
While previous school-based SEND experience is ideal, we also welcome applicants from related fields such as support work, healthcare, or nursing who are passionate about making a difference.
Starting pay: £85+ per day
