Join rTriibe as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Deeside!
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide personalised support to a pupil with complex needs in a school in Deeside. If you have experience working with Autism, ADHD, or other SEND needs, along with patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will:
✅ Work closely with an individual pupil, adapting lesson materials to ensure accessibility.
✅ Provide tailored support, helping them navigate their learning journey.
✅ Assist with behaviour management, using positive strategies to create a supportive learning environment.
✅ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes.
While previous school-based SEND experience is ideal, we welcome applicants from support work, nursing, and other care-related backgrounds who are passionate about working in education.
Pay rates: £85 – £100 per day
Must be registered with the EWC
Full-time availability preferred Rate: £85 to £100 per day
