Join the rTriibe as an Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant and make a real difference in Chester’s classrooms! We need passionate individuals with an affinity for supporting learners with SEN, disabilities or learning difficulties, enhancing their educational journey through tailored individualised learning plans and vibrant classroom activities.
We’re seeking proactive TAs who can skilfully adapt teaching materials and work alongside teachers to ensure inclusivity. Your role will involve behaviour management, maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere, and promoting independence, all while navigating the demands of a mainstream educational setting.
If you’re known for your patience, empathy and creativity, and have experience with SEN – we want to hear from you! Enhanced DBS certification is essential, and a qualification like a Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools is favourable.
