Your role will be dynamic and rewarding, as you guide and support students in developing effective behavioural skills. Empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and resilience are essential to succeeding in this position. A degree in psychology, education, or social work will be advantageous, helping you to understand and address the emotional and behavioural needs of students effectively.
