We’re looking for full-time mentors who have a shining track record in UK schools. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree with a good classification is essential, alongside an up-to-date Enhanced DBS and Prevent awareness training. Experience with behaviour management is key and a background in psychology, education, or social work is a definite plus for understanding those nuanced student needs.
