You’ll need an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service and a valid driving license with access to a car. A degree in psychology, education, or social work will give you a fantastic edge, as will a Level 3 Qualification in Mentoring. Your ability to connect with young people and understand their needs will set you apart.
