Are you passionate about shaping the future by supporting young minds? rTriibe is on the hunt for an inspiring Behaviour Mentor in Stockport to work alongside pupils, guiding them towards developing positive behavioural norms. If you’re equipped with empathy, patience, and exceptional listening skills, then you might be the perfect fit!
As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions and assist in identifying pupils who need that extra bit of support. Your knowledge of behaviour management techniques is crucial, as you work with children with behavioural and emotional needs to foster a supportive learning environment.
