Do you have a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? rTriibe is seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school setting in Wigan. If you’re someone who thrives on helping students overcome barriers and flourish both socially and academically, this is your chance to shine.
In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with students who need behavioural or emotional support—offering guidance, structure, and encouragement to help them re-engage with their education. Whether it’s providing one-on-one mentoring, assisting in class, or leading small group sessions, your calm, empathetic, and proactive nature will be key in fostering positive behavioural change.
You’ll bring with you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant degree in psychology, education, or social work, as well as experience working with young people in an educational setting. Training in Prevent Awareness and behaviour management is essential, and your strong communication, problem-solving skills, and natural ability to build trust will set you apart.
