Join rTriibe as a dynamic Cover Supervisor in Bebington, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to inspire young minds. You will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes across KS3 to KS5 in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task with the work set.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of secondary subjects.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment at all times.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Provide clear instructions and support to students to facilitate learning.
• Respond to questions and provide general guidance while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress, behaviour, and any issues arising during the lesson.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all students.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups (KS3–KS5).

Requirements
• Previous experience working in UK secondary school settings.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to provide professional references covering the last 24 months.
