This role requires someone who can effectively manage Key Stage 3 to 5 classes and maintain a constructive learning environment. Your ability to plan lessons that are accessible to all levels of learners is crucial. Strong verbal communication skills and a patient, adaptable nature will serve you well in supporting students on a one-to-one basis.
