Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to lead a classroom at a moment’s notice? rTriibe is seeking a proactive and reliable Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Ellesmere Port.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management skills who can step in to supervise lessons during teacher absences. If you enjoy working with young people and keeping learning on track, this could be the perfect role for you.
The Role:
• Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3–KS5
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensuring students remain engaged and complete assigned work
• Collecting and handing back completed work to teaching staff
• Supporting students with queries related to the lesson content
• Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous UK classroom experience (secondary school essential)
• Strong classroom management and confident delivery
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different schools and subjects
• Willingness to travel between local schools
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
• Two references covering the last 24 months
Subject specialisms in Maths, Science, English, or other core subjects are highly desirable.
