Are you confident, adaptable, and ready to lead a classroom? rTriibe is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Flintshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied experience while playing a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task
• Support pupils across KS3–KS5
• Collect and return completed work to the appropriate teacher
• Create a positive and focused learning environment
No two days are the same, and your flexibility and professionalism will be essential in supporting different schools and subject areas.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous UK classroom experience
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confident communication and leadership ability
• Willingness to travel across Flintshire
• Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service or willing to apply)
• Two references covering the past 24 months (work, academic, character, or school-based)
