Job Description
Are you confident, organised, and ready to manage classrooms in the absence of teachers? rTriibe is looking for a proactive Cover Supervisor in Rhyl to support secondary schools across KS3 to KS5.
This role involves supervising pupils, ensuring completion of pre-prepared lessons, maintaining behaviour standards, and providing a safe, structured learning environment. It’s ideal for someone with UK classroom experience and excellent communication and behaviour management skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise pupils during teacher absences across KS3–KS5.
• Ensure pre-prepared lesson plans and exercises are completed efficiently.
• Maintain classroom discipline and behaviour standards in line with school policies.
• Support pupils’ learning and provide guidance where necessary.
• Collaborate with teaching and pastoral staff to maintain smooth classroom operations.
• Ensure safeguarding and pupil wellbeing are upheld at all times.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience working in UK classrooms or schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident and proactive approach to supervising pupils.
• Flexibility to travel between schools in the Rhyl area.
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
