Are you a confident, reliable individual with strong classroom presence and experience supporting learning across KS3–KS5? We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to work within a dynamic secondary school setting, stepping in to deliver pre-set lessons and maintain a productive classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior UK classroom experience in a secondary school setting
Subject specialisms across KS3, KS4, and/or KS5
Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
A confident and proactive approach to leading lessons
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
Flexible availability – Full-Time or Part-Time
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment
Provide feedback to teaching staff and support student learning where necessary
Adapt to various subjects and year groups depending on the daily schedule
