Cover Supervisor – Secondary (KS3–KS5)
Location: Warwickshire
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Availability: Full-Time / Part-Time
Are you a confident and resilient individual with UK classroom experience? Do you have strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students across KS3, KS4, and KS5? We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school environment and make a real difference in students’ learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise whole-class lessons in the absence of a teacher
Deliver pre-set work to students and ensure they remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
Proven UK classroom experience (Secondary preferred)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Able to cover a variety of subjects – subject specialism is a bonus!
Confident personality and professional attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one
Flexible – open to full-time or part-time roles
