The ideal candidate will be available full-time, hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one), and demonstrate resilience, resourcefulness, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be someone who is reflective about your own practice and open to innovation, always seeking new ways to enhance the learning experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and work in partnership with a range of stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
