Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will:
• Classroom Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a diverse group of students.
• Student Support: Provide tailored support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Lesson Planning: Assist in planning and preparing resources to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

Person Specification:
• Qualifications: PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and adaptability.
• Experience: Recent graduates or those in the early stages of their teaching career are welcome to apply.
• Other Requirements: Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
