You’ll be able to carry out lesson plans, consult with parents, and keep detailed records of student progress. Experience is a plus, but ECTs are encouraged to dive into this rewarding role, fostering a safe and secure learning environment for children. Your strong classroom and behaviour management skills, along with effective communication, will help students thrive.
