Your role will involve shaping young lives by planning and delivering captivating lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and tracking student progress. As an ECT, you’ll have the support of experienced mentors who will help you hone your skills and guide your professional development. This is your chance to put your theoretical training into practice while making a meaningful impact on your students and school community.
To excel in this role, you should have – or be working towards – Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), along with strong communication skills and a bucketload of enthusiasm.
