As a secondary ECT, you’ll be at the heart of inspiring young learners, planning and delivering engaging lessons, while fostering a positive atmosphere where pupils flourish. Your role includes assessing progress and collaborating effectively with mentors and fellow teachers to develop exceptional behaviour management techniques and deepen your subject knowledge.
You’ll need QTS or be working towards your induction, with a keen interest in education and excellent communication skills.
