Job Title: Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
Rate: £120–£200 per day
Location: Birmingham
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching career in a supportive and rewarding school environment? We are currently seeking passionate and motivated ECTs for Primary and Secondary settings across Birmingham.
Role Overview:
As an Early Career Teacher, you will be delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ learning and development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will have access to mentoring, CPD opportunities, and guidance to help you progress in your teaching journey.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
Degree in Primary Education, Secondary Education, or BA Education Studies
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Previous UK classroom experience preferred
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
Available full-time or part-time
