In this role, you’ll engage and educate pupils by planning and delivering dynamic lessons, assessing their progression, and cultivating a positive classroom environment. Collaborate closely with mentors and colleagues to reinforce your teaching acumen, finesse your behaviour management skills and deepen your subject knowledge. Your journey with rTriibe will ensure that your impact reaches far beyond the curriculum.
To embark on this exciting adventure, you should possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards completing your induction. Strong communication, adaptability, and a genuine love for teaching are essential. Plus, you’ll need a couple of references, emphasising your experience with children or schools, to back you up.
