Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Inspire children to achieve their learning goals in personal, social, language, and physical development.
• Create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Respond to the unique needs of each child with resourcefulness and flexibility.
• Monitor and assess individual progress, providing constructive support to ensure every child thrives.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster strong partnerships for the benefit of the children.
What We’re Looking For:
• EYTS (Early Years Teacher Status) qualification or equivalent experience in Early Years education.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early years teaching.
• Outstanding organisational, communication, and listening skills.
• A warm, patient, and resourceful nature with a genuine passion for early years education.
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or a willingness to apply).
• Availability for full-time or part-time roles to fit your lifestyle.
