About the Role
As an Early Years Class Teacher, you’ll:
• Motivate and stimulate young minds to enhance their learning abilities.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet early learning goals.
• Support the development of children’s personal, social, language, and physical coordination skills.
• Foster a caring and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• Excellent communication skills to connect with young learners, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and a caring nature to nurture curiosity and growth.
• Resourcefulness and strong organisational skills to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
