Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities to help young learners achieve early learning goals in knowledge, skills, and understanding.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of your class, ensuring every child feels supported.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote positive outcomes for children.
• Ensure safeguarding practices are upheld at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
• EYTS qualification or equivalent experience in Early Years education.
• Strong organisational skills to manage daily plans and respond to varied needs.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A resourceful, patient, and caring nature, with a genuine passion for early education.
• An enhanced DBS certificate (on the update service or willingness to apply).
• Availability for full-time or part-time roles.
