About the Role
Your mission will be to plan and deliver engaging activities that help children reach their early learning goals. In a vibrant and supportive setting, you’ll foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence, inspiring little ones to explore the world around them.

What You’ll Do
• Support and develop children’s personal, social, language, and physical skills.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to the diverse needs of your class.
• Use your understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to guide learning and growth.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• Excellent communication and listening skills to motivate and encourage young learners.
• Patience, resourcefulness, and a caring nature.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a dynamic and diverse classroom.
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
