We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join welcoming nurseries and early years settings across Birmingham. This is your chance to help children thrive in their most important developmental years.

Position: Early Years Practitioner
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Temporary & Permanent Roles
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and early education to children aged 0–5
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe and track children’s progress, supporting their individual needs
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Requirements:
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A nurturing, positive, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
