Are you passionate about laying the foundation for lifelong learning and development? Join rTriibe as an Early Years Practitioner in Trafford and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
With your Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification and recent experience in early years settings, you’ll be guiding little learners through engaging activities like storytelling, arts & crafts, and early numeracy skills—all while ensuring they feel safe, nurtured, and supported.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for young children.
• Plan and deliver fun, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured activities.
• Assist with meal times, hygiene routines, and general well-being.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to foster a positive learning experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Diploma in Early Years Education).
✅ Experience working in an Early Years setting within the last two years.
✅ A valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
✅ A passion for early childhood education and child development.
