Are you a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children? Join rTriibe! We’re on the lookout for dedicated individuals who hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, or a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies, to bring their expertise to nurseries, preschools, and other early years settings.
Responsibilities:
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment to support children’s learning and development.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote their emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
• Provide day-to-day care, including feeding, changing, and managing rest times, with sensitivity to individual needs.
• Track developmental milestones and communicate progress to parents and guardians.
• Prioritize safeguarding by identifying and promptly reporting any concerns, ensuring the well-being of all children.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members to create a positive, engaging atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, or BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies.
• Prior experience in UK-based early years or childcare settings.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Strong understanding of child development and early years foundation stage (EYFS) standards.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach.
Availability:
Full-time and part-time opportunities available (Monday to Friday).
