Job Ad: Early Years Practitioner Level 3
Location: Tameside
Position: Full-Time/Part-Time
Join the vibrant rTriibe team as an Early Years Practitioner Level 3 in Tameside! If you’re passionate about nurturing young minds aged 0 to 5 years, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to support children’s learning and development in various educational settings, such as nurseries and pre-schools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0 to 5 years.
• Support the delivery of a curriculum that fosters children’s social, emotional, and educational growth.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and learning.
• Ensure children’s daily needs are met, including feeding, changing, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Promote positive behaviour, and provide emotional support to children as they develop independence and social skills.
• Work collaboratively with other practitioners, parents, and carers to support children’s well-being and development.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and report any concerns to the senior staff.
Qualifications:
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Early Childhood Studies.
• Knowledge and experience of working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development in a nurturing environment.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to creating a safe environment for children.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Experience working in a school or nursery setting is desirable.
