Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a genuine difference in early childhood education? rTriibe is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Tameside and help foster a love for learning in children aged 0-5.
With your Nursery Nurse qualification or Level 2/3 Diploma in childcare, you will be responsible for guiding young learners through their early education journey. Whether it’s reading stories, sparking an interest in numbers, or providing a safe, nurturing environment, you’ll be helping children build the foundation for lifelong learning.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children to thrive in.
• Deliver fun, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Help children develop early literacy and numeracy skills through interactive play and learning.
• Supervise children during mealtime, feeding, and hygiene routines, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Support social and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviors and fostering self-confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Nursery Nurse qualification or Level 2/3 Diploma in Childcare.
✅ Experience working with young children (ideally in an Early Years environment).
✅ A valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
✅ Passion for early childhood education and the well-being of children.
✅ A flexible approach with a strong team ethic.
