February Hiring: Early Years Practitioner

Salary: £9 – £11 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
✔ Provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children to grow and learn.
✔ Support the planning and delivery of activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
✔ Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and support.
✔ Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
✔ Help maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety within the setting.

Person Specification:
We are looking for candidates who have:
Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
Experience: Prior experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
