Salary: £85 – £90 per day
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant (TA), you will:
✔ Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in the classroom.
✔ Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that are inclusive for all students.
✔ Provide tailored support to individuals or small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
✔ Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, nurturing learning environment.
✔ Collaborate with the SENDCo and other staff members to ensure effective support for SEND students.

Person Specification:
We are looking for candidates who have:
Qualifications: Relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different student needs.
Experience: Previous experience working with SEND students is desirable.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
