Are you a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a lasting impact in schools across Birkenhead? rTriibe is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable HLTAs to support learning across KS1 and KS2, providing exceptional classroom support and helping pupils reach their full potential.
About the Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities and support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Your role will include:
• Planning and delivering lessons or activities for individual pupils, small groups, or whole classes.
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and adapting learning to meet their needs.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Assisting with the integration of ICT and other resources to enhance teaching and learning.
This role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants seeking long-term, full-time positions with opportunities to expand their career in education.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience supporting learning in KS1 and KS2, including SEN provision.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
• Proficient ICT skills to support teaching and learning activities.
• Enhanced DBS certificate and eligibility to work full-time in the UK.
