Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a supportive primary school team, working flexibly across Key Stages 1 and 2.
About the Role:
• Full-time, long-term position in a Primary School setting
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress in a safe and nurturing environment
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning experience for all pupils
What We’re Looking For:
• HLTA qualification (Essential)
• Strong classroom experience in KS1 and KS2
• Confident working independently and collaboratively with teaching staff
• Enjoys working with young people and making a difference
• Proven background in SEN and knowledge of safeguarding practices
• English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent
• Proficient ICT skills to support learning and administration
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
