Are you ready to make a real difference in young lives? rTriibe is seeking a dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to inspire and support pupils in Birkenhead. With your HLTA qualification, you’ll guide students from KS1 to KS5, delivering engaging learning experiences and providing invaluable support to their educational journey.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across primary schools in line with the curriculum.
• Support individual pupils, small groups, and whole classes to maximise learning outcomes.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils, including those with SEN.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Assess, record, and report on pupil progress to inform future teaching.
• Use strong English, maths, and ICT skills to enhance lesson delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
• HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working across KS1–KS5.
• Understanding of SEN and safeguarding best practices.
• English and maths skills at Level 2 or above.
• Proficiency in ICT for teaching and administration.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
