Are you a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to bring your talents to schools in Bolton? Join rTriibe, where your experience, creativity, and commitment to education will be truly valued.
As an HLTA, you’ll play a pivotal role in the classroom—leading learning activities, supporting pupils across year groups, and stepping in for teachers when needed. Your background in UK-based school experience, alongside your Level 4 or 5 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), will enable you to deliver engaging lessons and boost student outcomes.
You’ll be confident in using ICT to support learning, equipped with Level 2 Maths and English, and trained in strategies like literacy support. Bonus points if you bring specialist skills in a curriculum area such as sign language. We’re looking for someone who can build trust and strong relationships, solve problems creatively, and remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced school environment. An up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential.
