We are seeking a committed and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term role in a vibrant primary school setting in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for an HLTA who is confident working flexibly across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes.
Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress in a supportive and safe environment.
Support the academic and personal development of pupils, particularly those with SEN needs.
Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:
HLTA qualification is essential.
Proven experience in primary schools.
Strong understanding of SEN and safeguarding practices.
Confident English and maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent.
Competency in ICT to support teaching and learning.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
Enthusiastic about working with young people and helping them thrive.
