Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your education career? rTriibe is looking for a dedicated HLTA to join a supportive Primary School in Bury.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a confident HLTA who can work flexibly across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll be confident in planning, preparing and delivering engaging learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices and experience supporting pupils with SEN.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan and deliver structured learning activities
• Work closely with teachers to assess, record and report on pupil progress
• Support pupils’ development in a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the whole-school ethos and wider school life
Requirements:
• HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in Primary school settings
• Strong background in SEN and safeguarding
• English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent
• Proficient ICT skills
• Valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive
