We’re looking for qualified HLTAs to join our partner schools in Dudley, delivering engaging lessons, small group interventions, and classroom support.
Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Dudley
Salary: Competitive & Experience-Based
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Your Role:
• Cover classes and deliver pre-set lessons across KS1–KS4
• Work alongside class teachers to raise achievement
• Support pupils with additional needs and monitor progress
• Help maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment
You Bring:
• HLTA qualification or substantial classroom experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
