You must hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent to excel in this role. Your capabilities in strong classroom management and leading small groups will shine as you oversee lessons, cover PPA, and assist teachers to create a dynamic learning environment. You will be responsible for preparing lesson plans and reporting on student progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
