We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term role in a primary school setting in Manchester. This role offers flexibility across KS1 and KS2, where you will plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities to individual pupils, small groups, and whole classes. You will also be responsible for assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils’ progress in a safe and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a HLTA qualification, strong English and Maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent, and proficiency in ICT to support learning effectively. A passion for working with young people, alongside a strong background in SEN and safeguarding practices, is essential. You should be adaptable, proactive, and committed to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
