Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Staffordshire
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Flexible Roles
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver high-quality learning activities in the teacher’s absence
• Support class teachers in lesson planning and delivery
• Lead intervention groups for literacy, numeracy, and SEN support
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Ideal Candidate:
• HLTA status or extensive TA experience
• Confident leading a class when needed
• Proactive and dependable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
