At rTriibe, we cherish resilience and independence in the classroom. As an HLTA, you’ll be expected to lead classes with confidence, even stepping in for short teaching stints without a regular teacher. Your extensive understanding of behaviour management and SEN knowledge such as Autism, ADHD, or Trauma-Informed Practice will be your toolkit for facing the unique challenges of an AP setting.
This role offers the chance to engage with students with complex needs, nurturing them towards their potential. With your Level 2 English and Maths, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications, and up-to-date Safeguarding credentials, you’ll be more than equipped to handle whatever the classroom throws your way.
