Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Rate: £95–£110 per day
Location: Wolverhampton
Are you an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference in the classroom? We are seeking a confident and skilled HLTA to join our team and support pupils across Early Years and Primary settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality learning support to pupils, including 1:1 and small group interventions.
Assist with lesson delivery and support class teachers in planning and assessment.
Promote positive behaviour and create an inclusive learning environment.
Work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting their academic and personal development.
Use strong classroom and behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or equivalent experience.
Extensive UK classroom experience in Early Years and/or Primary settings.
Experience working with SEN pupils is highly desirable.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
Available for Full-Time or Part-Time work.
