Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
Key Duties:
• Deliver engaging lessons in the teacher’s absence
• Lead small group and intervention activities
• Support SEN and EAL students with targeted learning
• Collaborate with staff and contribute to a positive school culture
To Be Considered:
• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Classroom leadership and initiative
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
