Ready to bring your skills and passion for education to a thriving primary school in the beautiful coastal town of Llandudno? rTriibe is seeking a talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to inspire, support, and lead learning across KS1 and KS2.
In this role, you’ll:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes
• Support and assess pupils’ progress, adapting activities to meet their needs
• Apply strong SEN and safeguarding practices to create a safe, inclusive environment
• Use ICT effectively to enhance learning and keep accurate records
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to boost pupil achievement
What you’ll need:
• HLTA qualification
• Proven experience in primary school settings (KS1 & KS2)
• Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
